Why did you choose Belmont? I had plans to go into music but had no idea what I wanted to major in. When I came on my tour at Belmont, I loved how personable and friendly everyone was. They were excited to see me and invested in my future and that is what made Belmont tower above all of the other colleges I applied to.

Why did you choose to be a Tour Guide? I chose to be a tour guide because my tour guide was amazing. When I came for a tour, my guide was engaging, interesting, involved; all things I wanted to be when I got to college. I saw him as a successful student and wanted to be like him. He gave me honest answers to my questions and made a timid high school student feel comfortable on this big college campus. If I could be that for someone else, I knew I would be doing something right.

What is your favorite on-campus event? I love the showcases. They are student run and just a great opportunity to see all the talent that Belmont has to offer. It's amazing because who knew that students, people my age, could put on such an intricate show. It's like a real deal show, something I would have never expected to be the brain child of a student.

What is your favorite movie? It's a tie between "Hercules" and "Deep Blue Sea"

What is your favorite song & artist/band? "All I Do" by Stevie Wonder

What would you want to be your last meal on earth? Shrimp, all the shrimp.

What is your favorite Nashville experience? I love Music Row! I've had so many incredible opportunities on those two one way streets that I can't even believe that I live right across the street from it. I think my favorite moment, of this past year, on Music Row was when I got the opportunity to sit in on Sheryl Crow's recording session at OceanWay Studios! I literally lost it right then and there!

What is your dream career after graduating from Belmont? My dream career is to immediately jump into artistry and repertoire (A&R) as soon as I get out. Start off as an A&R rep and then maybe work my way up to VP or Head of A&R at a major label.

What is your favorite class that you have taken at Belmont and why? Digital Citizenship taught by Dr. Sybil Bennett. That class is so engaging and so interactive. It completely challenges the way the classroom, boardroom, and workplace should operate in the digital age. We utilize social media, digital outlets, and so many other digital tools to complete the class. It's definitely preparing me for my career and teaching me how to be successful and relevant as technology begins to advance.

If you could go back in time and give advice about college to 16-17 year old you, what would you say? Get ready man, you're about to have the most incredible experience of your life.
