Payment Options
As you consider starting an MBA or MACC program, financial issues are always a concern. Even if you will be paying in cash, you should review the following information to understand Belmont's payment terms and options. For those who will require some assistance, the following information will help you start the process in time to make a smooth transition into the program. Please note that you can use all of the following alone or in combination.
Self Paying
If you do not require student loans or employer assistance, you can pay with cash, check or credit card Online or in person at Student Financial Services in Belmont Central. Payment is due the on the first day classes begin.
If you use your savings and/or current income to cover all or part of your education expenses, you can take advantage of the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option offered through Tuition Management Systems. TMS takes your total estimated annual educational expense and divides it into equal monthly payments. The cost is $60 per year.
Paying With Student Loans
If you will use Federal student loans to finance all or part of your tuition, click here for more information. If you are using Stafford Loans to pay any portion of your tuition, you should complete a FAFSA before Orientation.
Employer Paying
/>If your employer will be paying your tuition directly to Belmont, Student Financial Services needs an employer authorization agreeing to Belmont's payment terms.
Employer Reimbursement
Employer reimbursement is an agreement between you and your employer. If your employer will be reimbursing you after your courses are complete each semester, you are financially responsible to pay for courses before the semester begins. You can pay in cash or use loans to get started, then you can roll your reimbursement checks into the future semesters. Please call Student Financial Services for more information on this and a recommended strategy.
