A.M.B.A., P.M.B.A. and M.Acc. have International Business Focus
MBA 6350 is an experiential course offered several times per year and required of all MBA students in The Massey School. The course consists of four components:
- Students are assigned an international business consulting project.
- Students participate in class sessions in Nashville, conduct desk research, and meet with consulting clients, if appropriate.
- Students conduct field research in one or more countries during a one-week international trip. Possible field research includes lectures, factory tours, meetings with business and government contacts, social and cultural events, and library or Internet inquiry.
- After returning to Nashville, the project culminates with a formal presentation to the Massey community and consulting clients.
Past MBA 6350 courses have included trips to Belgium, Chile, China, the Czech Republic, England, and Ireland.
