Business Owner and Founder

Business owners carry a great amount of responsibility and depending on the nature and size of the business, these responsibilities may include planning and strategy, finance and accounting, legal responsibilities, marketing and sales, customer service, and human resources. As the business grows and changes, the roles and responsibilities change and the owner continually must adapt.


Community Manager

A community manager is responsible for advocating a brand on social networks. They create their own social persona and actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate accordingly.


Customer Service Coordinator

A customer service coordinator works to provide a high level of customer service for an organization. Often, a customer service coordinator interacts with customers to answer their inquiries about products, accounts, and services.


Financial Advisor

Financial advisors assess the financial needs of individuals and help them with investments (such as stocks and bonds), tax laws, and insurance decisions. They help clients plan for short-term and long-term goals, such as education expenses and retirement. They recommend investments to match the clients' goals.


Communications Coordinator

Communications coordinators handle an organizations' marketing communications inside and outside the business. They often work closely with the communications manager to creative and execute projects, create marketing publications, coordinate events, and maintain guidelines set by the company.
