Student Teaching Program

The Master of Arts in Teaching program is built on a solid core, strong instructional methods, and meaningful clinical experience. Students in this pathway complete all graduate methods coursework prior to entering their clinical experience. Depending on your interests and your schedule, we are able to customize a licensure pathway that meets your professional goals.

This track typically takes two years to complete. Classes are available in the evening, allowing you to work while attending classes. You must be available full-time during the last semester to complete your clinical experience.

When you are admitted student teaching pathway, you will receive individualized advising to determine the exact number and sequence of courses that will be required for completion of your program and area of licensure.
