Deborah Nunn Baruzzini is Director of Organizational Development at Belmont University, where she is responsible for planning and organizing training and development initiatives of faculty and staff. She also teaches graduate education research, pharmacy personnel management, and psychology class management courses. She serves as a curriculum consultant and guest lecturer for various undergraduate departments, and serves on several doctoral dissertation committees.
Dr. Baruzzini has facilitated retreats for faculty and non-profit organizations. She has presented generational research at numerous national and regional conferences and workshops. She has served as a Tennessee Quality Award examiner, Tennessee Higher Education Commission judge, and SACS accreditation evaluator.
Her work with the American Council on Education's Office of Women in Higher Education included a national appointment as State Coordinator and Chair of the Tennessee Executive Board. She is Past President of Women in Higher Education in Tennessee, and a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and College and University Professional Association of HR Executives (CUPA-HR).
