Health Law Journal

About the Health Law Journal

The Belmont Health Law Journal aims to create a point of reference and resource for meaningful dialogue among practitioners concerned with the legal and regulatory complexities of providing high-quality healthcare. Health care is a $46 billion industry in Nashville, making Belmont Law perfectly situated to examine developments in the field first-hand. The Journal will contribute to this growth by providing a dynamic forum for summaries of current law, detailed analyses of pressing issues, and brief updates for those wishing to apply the latest updates to their practice.

Health Law Symposium

The Health Law Journal hosts an annual symposium typically in the Spring of every year at the Belmont University College of Law. Please check the Events page for more information about the symposium, and registration.
