The UPS Store at Belmont

Student Mail Services

Processes & Procedures

To have the best Mail Services experience all residential students should follow the processes & procedures below.

  • Locker access is available at the UPS Store/Mail Center 24 hours per day via your student access card.
  • Most mail and packages will be available through the locker system for 72 hours after your first notification.
  • Notifications will be sent with locker information and a unique access code to your campus email (bruins.belmont.edu) account.
  • After 48 hours, your items will be moved to holding and available during business hours at the pickup window.
  • An additional notification will be sent if your item is moved from a locker to holding or vice versa. Please check your bruin.belmont.edu account often for the most accurate information.
  • All unclaimed items will be returned to sender after 14 days. Unfortunately mail services does not have room for long term storage.
  • Incomplete addresses (missing Bruin Mail Code) will result in delivery delays and possible return to sender activity.

A couple of additional items to make your experience the best possible.

  • Please use your unique Bruin Mail Code and address all items as follows

                                Name, Bruin Mail Code

                                (Bruiser the Bruin, 11111111)

                                Belmont University

                                1900 Belmont Boulevard

                                Nashville, TN 37212

  • If you have forgotten your Bruin Mail Code, here is how you find it:
  1. Log into MyBelmont.
  2. Select the Housing icon from the left-hand menu to access the Housing portal.
  3. From your Housing portal, select “Contact Information & Bruin Mail Code” from the left-hand menu, then select “My Info” from the submenu.

Your Bruin Mail Code will be listed here. Your code will remain the same during your time as a campus resident!

  • Please do not send anything of value (Gift Cards, Cash, Personal Checks) in first class US Mail.
  • Also note that the USPS is experiencing delivery issues with large and brightly colored greeting card envelopes.

If you have questions or concerns, please visit Mail Services website at www.belmont.edu/mail-services, email mailservices@belmont.edu or call 615 383-8824.

Thank you and have a great semester!
