A major consideration in communicating a message is how to present that message. The Office of Communications provides graphic design services to the Belmont community to assist our clients in presenting an organized, appropriate and attractive message.
The designers, working closely with Communication's Editing and Photography services, strive to create attractive and effective solutions to our clients' communication needs.
If you have need for Graphic Design services, please contact April Maglothin (Project Manager) about starting a project. She will gather the information and materials from you that are needed to begin the design process and establish a project schedule. If desired, a meeting with a graphic designer to discuss design issues can be arranged through them.
Quality graphic design cannot be rushed. It is a creative process and needs time to allow for brainstorming, research and the development of ideas. Therefore, we ask you allow two to three weeks minimum for adequate attention to your project.
Most graphic design services are free to the Belmont community with the exception of some illustration and other specialized services.
