Mrs. Baker is a cum laude graduate from Appalachian State University's Walker College of Business. Since graduation in 2001, Jennifer was employed with Belk Inc. in Charlotte, NC for five years and advanced in the corporate office from Merchandise Assistant to Assistant Product Manager. She has also served Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA as an undergraduate Admissions Counselor and Student Ambassador Coordinator.

Mrs. Baker joined the School of Pharmacy as a Program Assistant in February 2008. She assists with application and admissions procedures, manages documentation for the Experiential Education program, and provides administrative support to the School of Pharmacy faculty.
