Mrs. Baker is a cum laude graduate from Appalachian State University's Walker College of Business. Since graduation in 2001, Jennifer was employed with Belk Inc. in Charlotte, NC for five years and advanced in the corporate office from Merchandise Assistant to Assistant Product Manager. She has also served Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA as an undergraduate Admissions Counselor and Student Ambassador Coordinator. Jennifer is currently working on her MBA in the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University.

Mrs. Baker joined the School of Pharmacy as a Program Assistant in February 2008.  In her role as Program Assistant, she assisted with application and admissions procedures, managed documentation for the Experiential Education program, and provided administrative support to the School of Pharmacy faculty.  In November 2008, she was promoted to the role as Assistant to the Dean, where she continues to support the Dean and faculty of the School of Pharmacy as well as manage the department’s operations budget.
