For all the Emphasis Areas:
Belmont University accepts all courses successfully completed at all TBR and UT courses, except remedial and orientation courses. Those courses that are successfully completed at all TBR and UT institutions may count towards satisfaction of major, minor, general education, or elective requirements in satisfaction of the Belmont University degree requirements. However, course transfer is dependent upon each student’s choice of major /minor at Belmont and students are strongly encouraged to contact a Belmont University Transfer Counselor to determine how specific courses will transfer and what requirements will be satisfied. Please note that, dependent upon the specific courses completed and chosen major at Belmont, students completing the UTP protocols may not be able to be granted junior status upon entry to Belmont.

For General Education:
Belmont University accepts all courses successfully completed at all TBR and UT courses, except remedial and orientation courses. Those courses that are successfully completed at all TBR and UT institutions may count towards satisfaction of major, minor, general education, or elective requirements in satisfaction of the Belmont University degree requirements. However, completion of the General Education core at a two year institution does not satisfy all of Belmont’s General Education requirements entirely. Students are strongly encouraged to contact a Belmont University Transfer Counselor to determine how specific courses will transfer and what requirements will be satisfied by those specific courses.
