Move In Day Volunteer

Move In Day is a very important day for Belmont University.  We strive to give our students the best experience possible when they first arrive to campus.  As a result, we need a lot of volunteers to make it happen!  This is where you come in.  We rely on our volunteers to help unload vehicles and carry items to students rooms.

Your assistance to the thousands of grateful students and parents is emblematic of the unique commitment of Belmont's faculty, staff, and our community partners.  The energy and enthusiasm from colleagues and friends like you make the enormous task of moving in over 1600 new freshmen so much easier and enjoyable for all involved.   On behalf of the entire Department of Residence Life, allow me to extend a heart felt thank you and express our deep appreciation for your invaluable service.

All volunteers will need to register with the Office of Residence Life. Please fill out our registration form and a member of our team will be in touch!
