An immersion into an area pressured by unrelenting immigration issues.  Experience the border life in partnering with a ministry that works to help these people in the midst of unsafe and unsure outcomes. NOTE: THIS TRIP REQUIRES A PASSPORT

Location: Border Servant Corps, El Paso, TX / Las Cruces, NM / Juarez, Mexico

immersion community

An Immersion into expressions of authentic community: people sharing lives, pains, joys and service.  

Location: Mobile, AL.

immersion creation

A camping and service immersion into wilderness and nature settings; typically, we work on trail maintenance and invasive species removal during the day and relax around the campfire in the evening.  Some previous outdoors experience is preffered for these trips.

Location: Cumberland Island National Seashore, GA.

immersion healthcare

Assist with Pharmacy and Nursing students in providing mobile medical assessment and care for migrant coffee plantation workers - in and near Antiguia, Guatemala.  Does not require any medical experience or training. This trip will include an immersion into the life and culture of Guatemala. NOTE: THIS TRIP REQUIRES A PASSPORT

An immersion in service, poverty and racial reconciliation, in the heart of the deep south and alongside one of the country's greatest living civil rights leaders, John Perkins.

Location: Spencer Perkins Center for Reconciliation. Jackson, MS.

Immersion.urban is a chance to experience both the struggles and hopefulness of urban life.  We work with diverse populations, exploring a variety of issues, as well as exposure to the particular conditions of living in urban environments.  Groups stay in the communities they serve.
