Canesha Conger

Biography

Canesha Conger serves as a Project Specialist at Belmont University, where she plays a key role in supporting university-wide initiatives and strengthening operational effectiveness across departments. Since joining Belmont, she has advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, beginning as an Executive Assistant before moving into her current project-focused role. Her work spans customer relations, budget coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to a streamlined and service-centered campus experience.

Canesha brings more than a decade of administrative and operational expertise to her work in higher education. Prior to Belmont University, she held leadership and administrative positions in the healthcare sector, including Senior Executive Assistant at AdaptHealth, Practice Mana ger at Epic Surgical Solutions, and Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Verus Healthcare. These roles equipped her with strong organizational skills, a commitment to efficiency, and a deep understanding of customer service—qualities she now applies to her work in an academic setting.

Canesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Healthcare Management from Bethel University of Tennessee and an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems from Columbia State Community College.
