Star Grieve is a multifaceted fashion industry professional and dedicated educator with over two decades of experience in corporate design and leadership, apparel manufacturing, wardrobe styling, freelance consulting, and higher education. Her career spans roles such as Design Director at JCPenney and Lead Designer at Masood Textile Mills, where she drove multimillion-dollar businesses and led cross-functional teams in design. 

After earning her BFA in Fashion Design and being the recipient of the prestigious CFDA/Target Design Initiative award, Star began her career in Nashville as a wardrobe stylist and designer for high-profile clients including Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Faith Hill, Ashley Judd, and LeAnn Rimes. Her custom designs have graced major events such as the Grammy Awards, CMT Awards, CMA Awards, NBA All-Star halftime show, and Dove Awards, and her work has been featured in publications like Glamour, SELF, Redbook, InStyle, and CosmoGirl. 

Star’s dynamic blend of industry expertise, creative vision, and passion for education makes her a powerful force in shaping the next generation of fashion professionals and leaders.
