Vocational Exploration

We believe every Christian is given the call to love God and love neighbor. The particularities of that call, however, vary from person to person – which is why we think vocational exploration is such a critical piece of your college experience. Below are some opportunities we have created specifically to wrestle with the questions of calling and vocation.

Pathways Retreat
Every year University Ministries hosts a retreat for students to come together and reflect on their calling and purpose. Whether you have a good sense of your calling or are unsure with lots of questions this retreat is for you! Information about the 2021 retreat is coming later this fall semester. If you have questions or want more information, please contact Christy Ridings.

Service Year
Service Year is a year-long program for Belmont students centered on faith, service, and community. Students live in intentional community as they grow in their understanding of self, deepen their relationship with God, and discern how they can uniquely love God and neighbor. Please contact Christy Ridings for more information.
