Then you'll need to submit...
- Official Transcripts
- Test Scores
- Guidance Counselor Recommendation/School Report
Request that official transcripts be sent from the high school directly to the Office of Admissions. For a transcript to be official, it may not be marked “Issued to Student.” You may use this link to submit electronically through Parchment (if your school participates).
Or you may have an official hard copy mailed directly to our offices at:
Office of Admissions

Nashville, TN 37212
Request that official ACT or SAT-1 score reports be sent directly to Belmont. Test scores will also be accepted as official if submitted on an official high school transcript. Belmont does not consider the Writing component from either the ACT or SAT and does not consider the superscore for admission or scholarship purposes.
Belmont’s ACT code is 3946
Belmont’s SAT code is 1058
Provide the Guidance Counselor Recommendation (or School Report Form if using the Common Application) to the appropriate person in your guidance office and have him or her send the completed recommendation directly to Belmont. Homeschooled students should submit one Personal Recommendation letter from someone other than a family member in place of the Counselor Recommendation.
