President and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital

Dr. Shubhada Jagasia is President and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital, one of Middle Tennessee’s largest hospitals with 1224 licensed beds across two Nashville campuses. Since joining Ascension Saint Thomas in May 2021, Dr. Jagasia has led significant expansions of facilities and service lines, including a $300-million renovation of the Midtown campus. Under her leadership, the campus celebrated the grand openings of a state-of-the-art surgery and critical care tower, a dedicated spine institute, and a rehabilitation hospital. She is also overseeing the creation of a women's “hospital within a hospital” and a state-of-the-art cancer center. At the West campus, Dr. Jagasia is focusing on expansion of the facility’s robust cardiovascular, transplant, neurosciences, and critical care programs.
