MATTHEW 11:28 ‘Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”’

What is Burnout? In this session, we will define the concept and term "Burnout"—what it is and what it is not. By exploring the five stages of burnout and six different stress styles you will gain knowledge and understanding that will allow for better self-awareness. In addition, we will evaluate where you are and where you want to be from a whole person perspective and examine when we tend to feel most stressed and overwhelmed. When practicing healthy boundaries and understanding mindfulness practices you can learn how to handle these inevitable stressful moments. By learning to define "self-care", you will learn to live your life intentionally and explore what makes you happy and fulfilled. You are more than your titles at work. You are a whole person.
