For the past 20 years Dr. AdriAnne Y. A. Sternberg has dedicated her life to serving, leading, and developing people. She has designed and managed the operations, strategic plans, and programs for the advancement of students and professionals in the small business, non-profit, performance, K-12 and higher education sectors. Sternberg is currently a senior leader at Belmont University in Nashville and is a respected international speaker, writer, and scholar who focuses on leadership optimization, service, organizational development, and strategic change. She has led hundreds of new and experienced professionals on their journey toward realizing their purpose and achieving short and long-term goals. Sternberg’s energy and passion for life are contagious and her personal stories of triumph over trouble are inspiring. She is a friend, devoted wife and rugby cheerleader to Greg and proud mom of two boys, Bo and Chief.
