VP, DEI Officer

Tina Tuggle enters her 27th season and second as Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer. In this role, Tina works closely with football, business, and community leadership on DEI strategies to increase cultural components in the application and retention pipeline. She works to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are represented in all part of the decision-making process organizationally.

Tina has participated in various league training, educational programs and acknowledgements including NFL Next Woman Up, NFocus Magazine Most Powerful Women, and Habitat Nashville Women Build Groundbreakers. Tina is also a 37th Midsouth Emmy Awards winner in the category of Societal Concerns. She has additionally been featured in SI.com, article titled The Unknown Woman Behind The Titans Player Development. In 2023, Tina was selected as a member of the Leadership Nashville 2023-24 class. A native of Memphis, TN, she attended Tennessee State University and Bethel University for undergraduate studies and Liberty University for graduate school.
