  • Leadership Lately
    11-07-2018 | 10:00 am - 10:50 am | Beaman A&B
You are Born to Build: Utilizing Gallup's newest book and assessment to develop leadership. In May of 2018, authors Jim Clifton and Sangeeta Badal began challenging us to ask a revolutionary question. Instead of "what do you do?", the idea of "what do you build?" was introduced through an online builder assessment and a four keys approach to building. During this session of Leadership Lately, participants will not only learn about this resource, but they will be encouraged to assimilate a building perspective into their leadership development. Students can earn GCLDP convo for attending this event. Sponsored by BOLD.
  • Exploring the World Through Study Abroad
    10-10-2018 | 10:00 am - 10:50 am | Leu Art Gallery in the Lila D. Bunch Library
Join us for the opening program of the Belmont Abroad Art Show, showcasing in pictures, words, and art the experiences Belmont students and faculty have had around the world on recent study abroad programs. The winning photos from our annual Belmont Abroad Photo Contest will also be on display as well. A morning reception and open house will follow the program. Students will be able to receive convo credit in the Global Citizenship category for attending. The show will be on exhibit in the foyer of the Leu Art Gallery in the Lila D. Bunch Library from October 10 – December 5, 2018.
