Charlie Icard

Biography

Charlie serves as Program Strategist for Executive Education and Educational Innovation at Belmont University. In this role, she manages open enrollment certificate programs and custom leadership development programs. She works with clients in a variety of industries, helping them, along with our team, to design and implement customized programs that meet their specific needs. She also works closely with faculty and industry experts to ensure that the programs are rigorous, relevant, and aligned with the latest research and best practices.  

Charlie holds a master’s degree in business administration from Belmont University and an international bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kedge Business School (France).  

Charlie is known for her attention to detail and her thoughtful, customer-centric approach. 

She enjoys working with others to find creative solutions to complex problems.  

In her free time, Charlie enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling to new places and spending time with her husband and friends. She is also always looking forward to returning to her home country, France, to spend time with her family and friends.
