Why This Program?
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the industry standard for process improvement implementation. This program focuses on best practices for corporate organizations. Using the same DMAIC methodology proven in manufacturing, you will learn how to lead impactful process improvement for your organization. These best practices can be applied in any industry or business community.
In addition to course attendance and participation, participants must pass an exam and complete a complex business project using Lean Six Sigma methodology in order to receive their certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a prerequisite to Black Belt certification.
