Biography
J’annine Sullivan has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has dedicated most of her career to advancing quality care for aging populations. As a former business owner in the non-medical in-home care sector, she understands the importance of personalized, compassionate support and education for seniors and their families. Her experience includes roles within healthcare systems and direct care environments giving her a comprehensive perspective on the needs of patients, their families, and caregivers. Her diverse experience includes business operations, leadership, strategic planning, start-ups, and non-profits.
Additionally, J’annine has lectured on healthcare topics such as End of Life, Dementia Care, and Care Coordination. While owning her own company, J’annine created a 26-hour training curriculum designed to equip caregivers with knowledge and essential skills for delivering high-quality care.
With a deep passion for improving the lives of Seniors, J'annine continues to advocate for innovative solutions that enhance the quality of life for the aging population. J'annine recently, came out of retirement to focus on quality aging, became certified in Senior Fitness, and teaches exercise classes to seniors. J’annine was a past board member and ambassador for the Lafayette Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, is an in-home volunteer for Alive Hospice, and a sustainer advisor for the Junior League of Nashville.
