Public Advocacy majors are required to take core courses in:

  • COM 2200 Persuasion
  • COM 2040 Public Advocacy
  • PRL 2820 Public Relations Design and Production OR COM 1940 Communication Tools
  • PRL 3180 Public Relations Research
  • COM 3210 The Rhetoric of Social Movements
  • COM 4040 Public Advocacy Practicum

In addition, students choose 6 credit hours from the following elective courses:
