Degree/Training: Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP); M. Ed from Vanderbilt University

Approach to Therapy: In therapy, I strive to create a safe environment for my clients to be their authentic selves and come to understand their emotions. I prioritize listening to my clients first since I am a firm believer that you have the wisdom for yourself, and my job is to hold space for you to find it. I will often work with clients using parts work or Acceptance and Commitment therapy which uses mindfulness and values-based actions. I also enjoying working with trauma and relationship conflicts.

Favorite Way to Destress: My favorite way to destress is to go for long walks outside, watch reality TV, and read. I am usually watching whatever reality competition show is currently airing or reading a thriller mystery book.

Favorite Place to Unwind:  I love to walk around campus and focus on the landscaping! The beautiful plants change each season, and I love noticing the subtle differences each week.
