Biography
Andrea has more than 12 years of experience in education, having worked most recently with academically gifted and talented students. She is an advocate of high-ability students and has presented globally on both the intellectual and social/emotional needs of gifted populations.
Andrea joined Belmont in 2019, where she is responsible for recruitment of prospective students, including coordination of various events, counseling prospective students in navigating the admission process, developing marketing and advertising initiatives, and establishing relationships with pre-law advisors. She supervises and operates the Law Ambassador program and oversees new student orientation.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Memphis, where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her M.Ed. from Lipscomb University in Educational Leadership and Administration. Since 2012, Andrea regularly volunteers with the Path United Project, empowering kids growing up in mobile home parks on their path to educational success.
