Approach to Therapy: My approach is rooted with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. I believe healing begins in safe, supportive connection. My work is rooted in a person-centered and holistic perspective - honoring each person’s unique story, experiences, and inner wisdom. I strive to create a collaborative space where clients feel seen and empowered as they move toward greater strength building, clarity, and resilience.
Favorite Way to Destress: My favorite way to destress is through exercise, so I enjoy strength training, running, or a hike! With my free time, I love to sit down with a good book, a nice sauna sesh, or be outside in the sun.
Favorite Place to Unwind: I love a trip to the farmers' market, trying a cold brew at every coffee shop, and long walks on the greenways.
