Dale’s professional career has spanned nearly three decades. He has worked with global clients, local businesses, and non-profit organizations. Every client has its own challenges and opportunities, making each project unique and interesting. Dale has held agency leadership positions and together with his wife April, they have run their own creative agency. This experience has given Dale insight into the best ways to interact with clients to create striking and effective work.

Dale brings his professional experience into the classroom to help give students the edge they need to launch their careers. Whenever possible, Dale has students engage with actual clients and design professionals on real-world projects. This allows students to gain experience creating, presenting, and defending their work in front of working professionals. Not only do his students walk away from the class with solid pieces for their portfolios, but they also make invaluable industry contacts.
