Degree/Training: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Trevecca Nazarene University Class of 2016

Approach to Therapy:  First and foremost, I seek to create a safe space to share and process your story.  I also seek to create an open and inclusive environment.  I use a lot of Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion, Normalization, Validation, and Narrative Therapy in my practice.  I enjoy working with many topics like anxiety, spiritual trauma, creativity, enneagram, and much more.

Favorite Way to Destress: If I had a pool, that is how I would destress.  For now, with no pool, I do things like woodworking, listening to vinyl, reading a book about the Civil War, WWII, or the Revolutionary War, motorcycle rides, and I try to golf.

Favorite Place to Unwind: I love to hike around Radnor Lake, Jeni’s Ice Cream is a favorite place for a snack, and I always enjoy a rack of ribs from Martins!
