Biography
Divya Shroff, MD, FHM, is a physician executive with targeted interests in technology, operations and strategy and is known for her innovation, change management and clinician adoption skills. Dr. Shroff has held key corporate and community level leadership roles at HCA Healthcare and Veterans Health Administration, the two largest healthcare systems in the US. She practiced as an internist before moving into executive roles focused on adult and children’s health care services. Of note, she served as the Chief Medical Officer for TriStar Centennial Hospital for a decade. Most recently she has been providing her unique perspective as Physician Executive Advisor for HealthStream, an innovative software company partnered with health care systems, payors, and groups for over 30 years to help transform healthcare workforce management. She also serves at the Health Management Academy, a thought leadership organization that provides research, knowledge sharing, and leadership development. Through the academy and her role as Executive-in-Residence she uses her industry knowledge and leadership experience accessible to 150 of the nation’s largest health systems and most innovative healthcare companies.
