Biography
As a Belmont University alumna, Elise Haines is excited to be back at Belmont in the role of Admissions Coordinator. Elise graduated in 2018 with a B.F.A. in Art Education through the Watkins College of Art. After graduating, Elise became an elementary art teacher for K-5 in the Nashville surrounding school area for several years. She returned to Belmont with enthusiasm for higher education, so much so, that she is currently pursuing an M.S. in Strategic Communication and Leadership. Elise firmly believes in the importance of the arts in education and beyond. She advocates for pursuing a field that feeds your soul and makes the world a more colorful place. As a practicing artist, Elise creates with painting, photography, and mixed media.
