Biography

Hi there! I’m Ellie Aldrich, and I serve as the Assistant Director of Admissions and Student Success for the Watkins College of Art at Belmont University. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Gwen Frostic School of Art at Western Michigan University, so I know firsthand what it’s like to pursue a creative education and grow within an art school community. Before coming to Belmont, I worked as a high school art teacher, supporting students as they developed both their artistic voices and their goals for the future.

I’m passionate about helping students understand how their creative interests can lead to meaningful and fulfilling professional paths. At Belmont, I’m excited to support students and their families as they explore opportunities, build confidence, and envision a future shaped by creativity and intention. One of my favorite parts of this role is meeting students and learning how they envision their creative future. I look forward to connecting with you and discussing what’s possible.
