Hallie Caddy serves as the Academic and Licensure Specialist in the College of Education at Belmont University. Originally from Texas, she moved to Nashville in 2010 to attend Belmont and has remained an active part of the university community ever since. Hallie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2014 and her Master of Arts in Teaching in 2015.
Before returning to Belmont in 2022, Hallie spent several years teaching in the public school system, where she developed a strong commitment to fostering student growth and supporting effective teaching practices. In her current role, she provides guidance to students pursuing teacher licensure and supports the College’s mission of preparing exceptional educators.
Hallie is also a doctoral student in Belmont’s Ph.D., Strategic Leadership in Education program, where her research focuses on leadership development and equity in educational settings.
