Degree/Training/Current School Program: Currently pursuing my PhD in Counseling Psychology at Tennessee State University, Clinical Psychology MA at Texas A&M University-- Corpus Christi
Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is all about meeting the client where they are at and holding space for them. I take a collaborative and interpersonal approach to therapy that creates a safe space for clients to be themselves.
Favorite Way to Destress: I love to destress by taking long walks with my dog, reading a good book with a cup (or two) of coffee, and exploring new restaurants in Nashville with my loved ones.
Favorite Place to Unwind: I unwind by driving with the windows down and a good playlist or a stroll around McCabe Park.
