Jihan Strange
Biography
Greetings, my name is Jihan Strange, a Chicago native currently residing in Tennessee. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Tennessee State University and subsequently completed a master’s degree in the same field at Trevecca Nazarene University. I have since earned a Doctorate in Education Leadership (Ed.D.) from Trevecca Nazarene University.
My commitment to education and community service led me to serve as an AmeriCorps volunteer at the Martha O’Bryan Center, where I discovered my passion for academic counseling, youth mentorship, and after-school program coordination. For the past ten years, I have dedicated my career to supporting student success through these roles.
I am honored to guide and support future and current Belmont students while contributing to the development of Nashville’s—and the world’s—next generation of leaders.
