Biography
Lauren Gray serves as the Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator, where she oversees the development and administration of assessments, analyzes student performance data, trains faculty on the use of assessment platforms, and supports accreditation reporting.
She brings a diverse background in education, leadership development, and student advising. Prior to her current role, Ms. Gray earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and led comprehensive K–12 music programs, developing standards-aligned curricula and directing performances that emphasized creativity and collaboration. She also established a college advising program to support high school students in exploring post-secondary options.
In addition, Ms. Gray is a certified Enneagram teacher and leadership coach, with experience facilitating personal and professional development for individuals and teams. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Theology at Birmingham Theological Seminary.
