Biography

Meg Rowland is a board-certified Family Nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience in primary care. She earned a BA in Biochemistry from DePauw University and her MSN from Vanderbilt University. Her journey to healthcare has been driven by a deep-seated desire to provide comprehensive, whole-person primary care while championing improved healthcare access and reducing disparities through evidence-based practice. She is currently pursuing a DNP/MPH from Johns Hopkins University. As the Director of FNP Clinical Experiences for the graduate nursing program, Meg oversees the clinical experiences for all graduate nursing students in the FNP DNP track. She & her family live in East Nashville where they enjoy outdoor activities and walking to local restaurants. She has four children and no free time.
