Biography
Raven Foster began her higher education journey at the University of Toledo, where she served as a Resident Assistant and played a key role in establishing a new RA position focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within Residence Life. This experience strengthened her leadership and problem-solving skills while fostering a more inclusive residential community. She graduated cum laude in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
After graduation, Raven gained valuable experience in marketing with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). There, she implemented process improvements that increased workflow efficiency, managed program documentation, and provided data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Her ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and drive results has shaped her passion for optimizing processes and delivering impactful outcomes.
