NC-SARA Statement

Belmont University’s College of Law meets the state educational requirements for licensure in all states of the United States of America:

There are no U.S. states for which the program’s curriculum does not meet the state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification nor are there any U.S. states for which Belmont University has not yet made a determination regarding whether the program’s curriculum meets the state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification.  This includes the District of Columbia, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau, and the Virgin Islands.
