Allison Sharp is an Adjunct Instructor of Music at Belmont University. With a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Columbus State University in Georgia and a Master of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Belmont University, she teaches both private and class piano. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she enjoys accompanying for Classical Voice students as well as tutoring piano students.
Allison has been a part of the Nashville Children’s Choir Program since 2014, where she serves as accompanist for the Youth Choir.
Prior to 2014, Mrs. Sharp worked mainly as an accompanist. Her accompanying experience, spanning a thirty-year period includes serving as a church musician, accompanying High School choirs and theater programs, Staff Accompanist at Union University and Lambuth University in Jackson, TN, as well as accompanying the Tennessee Music Educators All-State Choirs.
Outside of music, Allison enjoys being a wife to her husband John and a mother and grandmother to their 6 children and 3 grandchildren.
