Biography

Kelsey Kay Herring is a Belmont alumna and Nashville native. Her undergraduate degree is in English Literature, and she is currently pursuing her M.Ed in School Counseling & Human Development Counseling from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University. She joined the GPS team as an academic lead coach in May 2021.  

Kelsey Kay loves working with words, stories, and people, and she believes the Belmont community is special. She is grateful for the opportunity to remain connected to the students and campus. When she’s not working, you can find her studying, reading (Harry Potter!), or eating a cheeseburger.
