Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is all about creating a space where you can feel at ease exploring life's mysteries. While life can sometimes feel overwhelming or challenging, it’s also filled with moments of wonder and discovery. In our sessions, we’ll take time to pause, breathe, and listen to what your body has to say, creating a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment to help you navigate through both the tough times and the joys of life.
Favorite Way to Destress: When I need to relax, you’ll probably find me snuggling up with my 15-year-old super dog, Rocket, while listening to some good music. Lately, Spotify’s “Daylist” playlists have been my go-to for some mood-lifting jams!
Favorite Place to Unwind: I find my peace in nature, especially surrounded by tall trees. Running the red trail at Percy Warner a couple of times a week lets me soak up the fresh air and birdsong—nothing beats that feeling of freedom and connection with nature.
