Approach to Therapy: Look at you, pursuing therapy! It takes courage to reach out for help, and I’m so happy you’ve taken this step. Navigating college transitions and major life changes can be stressful and taxing on your well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and affirmed. I use a collaborative, integrative approach in therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of the Psychology of Radical Healing Framework. As a culturally responsible therapist, I welcome students from all backgrounds to show up as their true, authentic selves. I am fully committed to guiding you as you acquire new tools for growth and become the best version of yourself. Let’s walk this path together. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Favorite Way to Destress: I always feel better while playing and cuddling with my dog, Roux! I also really enjoy cooking my favorite creole dishes from my home, Louisiana. It’s a great stress reliever, and I get to reward myself with food after!
Favorite Place to Unwind: I love to unwind by listening to my record player outside, while I watch the clouds in my hammock.
