Years Working with BUCS / Responsibilities: 8 years / Clinical Supervisor, Community Liaison, TAO Queen, Mental Health First Aid Trainer, filling in the gaps & putting out fires
Areas of Clinical Interest: Mindfulness, Healthy Relationships, Healing from Trauma, Managing Anxiety/Depression, Experiential Therapy, Group Work. Humans are complicated and resilient. Life is messy and amazing - and sometimes really, really hard. Talking helps.

When I'm not working, I enjoy: hiking in Warner parks, baking, working with bees, exploring new places near and far
Favorite Place on or near Campus: any tree big enough to sit under- but I especially like the big Magnolia by Gabhart
Self Care Tip: I believe self-care is a mindset that honors the importance of rest and restoration in our busy lives. Make a list of simple things that restore balance for you and be intentional about doing something every day from the list. My current favorites: 20 min naps, early morning coffee outside, walking with a friend.
