Belmont University today announced the implementation of The Belmont Bruin Family Den— a new online portal to engage prospective parents and families, better connecting them with the University. The free online service launched officially for use on Aug. 1.
The Belmont Bruin Family Den, powered by CampusESP, will serve as an online portal for parents and family members to stay up to date on Belmont news, admissions information, and next steps for their student throughout the admissions process. In addition to accessing the platform online any time, users will receive top content via e-newsletter at an interval of their choosing.
“Finding the right college fit continues to become more stressful and complicated for students,” said Clayton Walker, Belmont Associate Director of Admissions. “As trusted advisors, parents and mentors are increasingly more involved with the college search. The Bruin Family Den will be a helpful platform that communicates what influencers want to know about Belmont Admissions on their schedule. It’s our hope that this provides additional support on how to best advise their students.”
Founded in 2016, CampusESP has built a reputation as a leader in parent and family engagement solutions for institutions, leading with the message that the path to student success includes strengthening relationships between schools, students and families. Belmont is one of more than 300 universities to adopt this platform.
This new resource will enable Belmont to streamline communication with potential families — allowing them to customize their journey through the platform by giving them full autonomy over what information they need and when and how they want to engage.
