Belmont Ambassadors

Belmont Ambassadors are students who embody the hospitality of Belmont by assisting with campus events, making guests feel welcome and appreciated all while representing the very best of Belmont student culture.

Applications to join Belmont Ambassadors for Spring 2025 are now closed. Check back in the Spring if you wish you apply for the Fall 2025 semester.

Program Eligibility

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Belmont University
  • Have completed a minimum of 16 credit hours
  • Have earned and maintain a 3.0 GPA cumulative GPA
  • Must commit to fall and spring terms
  • Be able to to attend monthly meetings
  • Mandatory events include: Christmas at Belmont (unless performing), Parent & Family Weekend, Homecoming, President's Concert, Basketball Suites, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit leadership, initiative, dependability, accountability, kindness, discipline, and enthusiasm

Scholarship Offerings

Scholarship applications are currently closed.

To Be Eligible 

  • The applicant must be a full-time (minimum of 12 hours per semester) undergraduate student.
  • The applicant must be a senior during the 2024-2025 academic year (August 2024-May 2025).

Application Process

  • The application must be submitted digitally (via this form) and two letters of recommendation emailed to avery.toy@belmont.edu by April 1st, 2024.
  • Eligibility dependent on current FAFSA application being on file with Belmont University. 

Awarding Process

  • Preference will be given to award recipients based on:
    • Need (as determined by Student Financial Services)
    • GPA (minimum 3.0)
  • The number and amount of award(s) will be dependent on the funds available.
