Mission

By working collaboratively with the campus community, Administrative Technology provides innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and provide secure and accurate information for current and future business processes.

Administrative Technology provides expertise across all institutional functional areas in support of the university enterprise software infrastructure. This includes our campus ERP system, ERP third party software integrations, MyBelmont web services and mobile applications.

Administrative Technology Responsibilities include:

  1. Software and database administration - includes service/support/maintenance
  2. Coordination of Application Cloud Hosting Environments including contracts
  3. Server Management on premise
  4. Device Management
  5. Business Process analysis and functional software support – this includes project management, systems analysis, programming, report writing, training, etc.
  6. Data Integration for third party software systems campus wide
  7. MyBelmont portal and mobile applications
