Enrollment Verification
Belmont University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment verifications.
Currently Enrolled Students can print their enrollment certificate through the My Belmont account and the National Clearinghouse website. The certificate is official. Most employers, insurance companies, credit agencies and academic institutions accept this verification. Follow these instructions to access the certificate:
- Login to MyBelmont.
- Select 'Personal Records' in the left menu.
- Click the 'National Student Clearinghouse' link.
- Choose 'Current Enrollment' for the current semester or 'All Enrollments' for all terms.
- Print the official certificate.
- Log out when finished.

If a company requires completion of a specific form, please email the enrollment verification form to: registrar@belmont.edu
If email is not an option for the sender, the specific verification form can be mailed to the address below or faxed to 615-460-5415.
